Amanda explained her change in heart regarding Sam/Jack by the change in the command structure, that now there's not necessarily a linear chain between Sam and Jack so it's no longer impossible.
But her immediate less serious answer to when she changed her mind was "after the first kiss scene was filmed!" lol

Three things Amanda, Helen and Sam would take to a desert island...
Amanda: her guitar, a journal and pen, and a camera.
Helen: a journal, a teapot, and a microscope.
Sam: a telescope, Jack, and a fishing rod!

There was a question about whether Amanda would like to star in a romantic role alongside RDA in a non-Stargate project. Her answer included talk of a dinner with Damian Kindler with pitching of an idea about someone having feelings for their co-star... and much quoting of "It's my job!"

Amanda on Helen's sexuality... Helen hasn't only been with men, 158 years is a long time! And that's at least part of why Amelia Earhart is now in the titles, whether her Estate knows that or not! On the which Beatle question, the answer was John, "She has a thing for guys named John."

At the auction, I think when the Christopher Heyerdahl lot was auctioned...
Thomasina: "He says 'I'll always have Helen on my mind'."
Amanda: "Can't blame him, she's lovely."
Sue: "But unfortunately she's stuck in a lift with Sam Carter!"

Rick and Amanda, on the phone...
Amanda: "I'm in the bathroom, wearing nothing but a smile."
Rick: "There's a lot of people in that bathroom!"
Amanda: "I don't like to be alone."
I was quite amused by the comment that RDA's "guard dog" let Amanda into his house without a problem!
And if Amanda doesn't cook Rick dinner when he's in Vancouver next year, there's about 300 witnesses that she did promise to do so!
They're just so damn cute. Lots of "ma'am" and "babe" and just awwww!!!

The best and worst qualities of Sam and Helen...
Sam: Her loyalty was the best. Her worst, Amanda was going to say her lack of a sense of humour, particularly early on, but then agreed with someone who shouted out that she was single!
Helen: Again, her loyalty was the best quality. Her worst was the metal pole stuck up her bottom!
